Q: Warranty Policy:
A: Products will be tested with 48 hours continuous load before ship out; our standard wanrranty is 2 years with lifetime ongoing support.
Q: Is sample available and free?
A: For electronic components, we offer 2pcs free samples, for battery pack, client is required to raise a sample order.
Q: Do you accept customized order?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated engineering team who can tailor your needs, OEM and ODM is also welcomed based on a certain volume.
Q: What's the lead time?
A: General lead time for electronics is 4 weeks; lead time for battery pack products is approx. 20 days.
Q: Is battery pack BMS included?
A: Yes. most of our products are offered with full solution, this means it is a "system", in this BMS it has protection in every way as mentioned in above specifications to allow a safe use for residential.
Q: Why is it good to have your own generated electricity stored?
